"Digg" Your Blogs Popularity

This is a little secret that I just tapped into that you can use in order to increase your blogs popularity, and hit count. It's called digging, and I'm more than sure that you have already heard about it.

But this little technique has a trick to it. And it's a really simple trick actually, but it's a trick that can increase your blogs subscribers by more than 300%!

First, you have to create a digg account at www.Digg.com, and set up your own free profile. Yes, this service is completely free. Now that you've created your account, you have to then put this little javascript code onto every one of your blog posts...

Once you publish your text, you'll see a little picture in the top-left hand corner of your new blog post that looks like this...



Now you've got a little script where everytime someone presses the "Digg it" button, your blog posts gets posted onto a very popular bookmarking website, and for every other digg that the content gets, you get another step higher to a better visitor count.

Even better, anyone that's signed up with digg, can digg your post! You get your subscribers to interact with your blog, causing even more interaction with your readers. It's a win win situation that can't hurt you.

Another Blog of Mine

Just filling you guys in with what I'm doing right now, I just updated my old blog, www.newentrepreneursblog.com, and it looks wonderful now.

I haven't updated, or posted to that blog in a while, and I think that now would be a great time to do it. While I was doing it, I came across a wonderful new idea.

While checking out my old blog, I realized how it's still got subscribers and readers -heavens knows why- and I started to think to myself...what if I had more than one blog running at the same time, but funneling to the same website I want to get my readers to?

My Visits to my website would increase dramatically! So from now on, I've got two blogs that I'm going to be updating at the same time. It's a wonderful strategy, and I think that it'll work.

I'll keep you posted on my venture!

Is Email Marketing Going To Die?

Alright one and all, there's a little hype and hoot going around, about the subject of the end of email marketing. That's right. Maybe you've heard about it! Well let me bring something to your eyes, Email marketing isn't going to die!

The idea of blogging becoming the number one marketing space has grown over marketers, but that's just due to the fact to email marketings roots in all individual businesses. Since the owners have finally realized just how much they depend on emails, they have been frantically trying to figure out what to do if it were to die off.

MLM's On The Internet

There have been many people online who are promoting MLM's (Multi-Level-Marketing) on the internet so they could increase their prospects...but many times, I see them doing it the wrong way.

They'll go to social networks, video submission websites, etc., just to tell people about why the company is so good, and why they should buy the products...but NO ONE is going to buy your products if you just tell them to buy it!

You have to give them something FREE and valuable in order to get them intrigued and understand that what you're saying is the absolute truth, and that you should buy it!

If you can't do that...than your online income is going down the drain.

A Reply On Long Tail Keywords

So I just wanted to do a follow up post on an old post about long tail keywords and how it's been working out for my test run.

Although my traffic's response was much higher compared to my other test run on regular keywords, my regular keywords run still had a higher amount of opt-ins than my run with long tail keywords.

So for now, I don't think that long tail keywords aren't worth the time, but we'll just have to see later on in my testing process!

I Finally Got My Tux For Prom!

I just rented my tux for prom next friday, and am going to go pick it up on thursday. Aren't you excited for me?

But while I was looking around the tux stores, I noticed a slight bit of information that I thought you guys would want to hear about.

At my city mall, Promenade Mall, I visited a tux store, and right next to it was...ANOTHER TUX STORE!

So here's the kicker, which store is the store that I decided to go to?

Which one made me more interested? ...or in the words of Seth Godin...who was the purple cow?

It was the store that I was more familiar with.

The store that I choosed to buy from, was a store that had sent me a card in the mail telling me about their offers.

So I decided to go to the shop that I knew more about...the one that sent me the card in the mail.

What's the moral of the story?

Your name or rep is almost as important as the products you buy. With a good reputation, you can almost guarantee a sale in whatever niche your in.

Simple, no?
